Plans, seats, changing your subscription, and what happens to your data.

Which plan you’re on

There are three:

Current prices and a calculator for any roster size are on the pricing page.

If your coach invited you, you’re not on a plan at all. Your seat is covered by theirs. There’s nothing to pay and nothing to manage.

Managing your subscription

Your billing page handles changing plan, updating your card, and cancelling. Payments are handled by Stripe — StatCaddy never sees or stores your card details.

Seats, for coaches

Your plan includes a number of student seats and charges per student beyond that. Adding a student who takes you over the included number changes your bill; removing one changes it back.

A student who pays for themselves on the solo plan can still connect to you, and doesn’t use one of your seats.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

If you’re a coach and you cancel, your students keep their own data — their rounds are theirs. What ends is the connection between you.

Founding pricing

Prices are still being validated with our first coaches and may change. Whatever price you join on is the price you keep — that’s what founding pricing means, and it doesn’t quietly expire after a year.

Your data

Your rounds belong to you. A coach sees a student’s data only while an active connection exists, and either side can end that at any time.

Full detail is in the privacy policy. If you want your account and data deleted, ask us and we’ll do it.
