The problem

Most golfers know their score.
Very few know why.

And no coach can watch thirty games at once. Between lessons, your students play rounds you never see, develop habits you can't catch, and arrive with “it wasn't great” as the whole diagnosis. StatCaddy closes that gap — it measures what actually explains a round, and reads it before you do.

The loop

Notice. Reach out. Prove it worked.

One coach, genuinely attentive to thirty students — because the AI reads the data, and you make the call.

  1. 01

    Notice

    Who needs you this week

Your students, ranked by who needs attention now — each with a one-line reason and a suggested action. Three new rounds and putting slipping. No rounds in three weeks. Best round yet.

  2. 02

    Reach out

    With the right thing

A read of each student's game — the diagnosis, the priority, what to work on next session, and a drill from your own video library. Written from their numbers, never generic.

  3. 03

    Prove it

    That it worked

Every lesson note carries the stat it was about, before and after. When renewal comes up, the evidence is already written — in their own numbers.

Logging a round

A photo of a scorecard.
A complete read of their game.

Your students mark their card the way they always have. StatCaddy reads it — in their own shorthand, which they define once — and turns it into every stat that matters.

  • Snap the card. Photograph it; confirm what it read.
  • Hole by hole. Big, thumb-friendly, one hole per screen.
  • Quick totals. The whole round in under a minute.

What your students get

A game they can finally see.

The reason they keep logging — and the reason your data stays warm.

  • A dashboard that answers “how's my game?”

Scoring average against par, headline stats each with a trend, latest rounds, handicap top-right.

  • Trends that make drift obvious

Scoring, greens in regulation, fairways and putts per round, charted over time.

  • A coach's read

A short, specific readout of recent form, grounded strictly in your own numbers.

  • Benchmarked against your handicap

Not against tour pros. Against what a golfer off your mark should be shooting.

The StatCaddy player dashboard: a note from your coach, your goal, scoring average of 78 with a falling trend, and greens-in-regulation and fairway percentages

Pricing

Priced so a single extra lesson covers it.

Questions

The things coaches ask first.

Do my students have to pay?

No. Your plan includes seats — you cover your students and they get in free with an invite code. They can also self-pay if you'd rather, on the solo plan.

Does it work for a golfer without a coach?

Yes. The player app is complete on its own — logging, stats, trends and the AI read all work standalone. The coach layer is additive, and stays invisible until a coach is connected.

Is there an app to download?

No app store needed. StatCaddy installs straight from the browser — add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen with its own icon, like any other app.

How long does logging a round actually take?

About five minutes, three ways: photograph a marked scorecard, tap through hole by hole, or enter quick totals. Score alone is a valid round — more detail is rewarded, never demanded.

What if my students don't log their rounds?

It's the honest risk, and it's why capture is the thing we work hardest on. You'll also see it immediately — a student who stops logging shows up on your triage list as needing a nudge.
